Buttons question
Im making kinda puzzle map , and im wondering how to make a button that open a wall and move another block foward [ same button but on action after the other] and
-another question is how to make a button move several blocks to oposite sides in the same time?\ [like opening a cage ]
or some link to a tutorial [ dnt need to be exact what i asked but something related]

1)
you can do it simple with func_wall_toggle or you, which lets you just do one thing open wall and move. just with double action. pressed again, walls away and wall closed.
or with multisource and trigger_changetarget
2) button to be pressed serveral objects which needs to be triggered (entitys func_door or anything else with moves and can be triggered) and add them to a mutlimanager now let trigger the button the multimanager and voila it should do what had in mind :)
ty , i ll try, and search more on the web, now i know what entity look for =]
i used func_button to tigger a multi_manager and it works when i open my map, but when i restart the map [sv_restart] and press the button again , nothing happens.
How to make this works even if someone restart the server?
then you need to create a workaround with func_door which closes/opens on start.
here is an example of what i thought: http://www.egir.dk/index.php?page=vhe_reset.php
ty demolite i would never think something like that !
edit:
with func_door and multimanager works, BUT if the button isnt pressed and then u restartround the button activates even without pressing the button. how can i fix that?
mh thats strange. the button shouldnt trigger.
then there is a mistake in your workaround for it. check the settings
func_door target to a multi_manager and the multimanager target to 3 buttons , with 1 sec delay =/
and i tried the func_door to a multi_manager and the MM targeting the func_train and it is the same
if i press two buttons and restart , the third one ll trigger when restartround without pressing the button .. so weird
i found someone with the same problem and tried everything on this site: http://www.egir.dk/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=3448&hilit=reset+entities+tutorial and still doenst work
