uq_jumpstats v2.42 - doesn't work (no ju

I installed this plugin but it does not work. Do not write the statistics of jumps. I installed the same plugin on my second server and everything works but the former is not. What should I do? Sending screen as it looks.

I should add that plugin to work for a while, but in a few days to disabled and further write (no jumps)
