so i tested this texture lightning method in a small map and it went well. i am trying to use it in my big map atm but it raises the BuildVisLeafs 'time to completion' to something around 60000 seconds (~16 hours). without the texture light, the step took no more than five minutes. these are the lights.rad parameters:

Floor039 82 137 228 450
Wall009 100 97 116 900
glass_053 77 112 75 600
~LIGHT5F 255 255 255 1200
concrete_174 255 255 255 1200

i believe the total number of faces using these ^ textures isnt bigger than 150. In addition, they are all quite small - i used them in lamps (except for the concrete one, which is applied to a small wall, a little bigger but not that much i guess).
i am using batch compiler and SHLT 3.9.
so, what could i do to make this faster?

Check this one, that are normally no lighttextures....
Otherwise all walls and floors have texturelightning, then it is no wonder that it takes so much time....

i had a building using wall009... thank you for the tip!

small tipp: create your own texturelight file for a map.
it looks clean and you have a better overview of which texture should be light up and which not.
