Please help me some1.. i have x7 and when i go cs Enhance cursor precision is automaticly turn on.. i turned off but it automaticly on.. how can i turn off it permanently ? :( this command is in "Mouse properties and then Motion"

In cs launch options. Library -> right click cs -> properties -> set launch options.
