1sec fps drop
Hi guys I have massive fps drop to 60 at 1 sec every time,yes my pc is low,512mb ram and 128nvidia:D,but i now that with this pc my fps dont need to drop,I have done at nvidia settings all highperfomance and ofc vsync off,If u do my Steam.exe to low priority every time I have "Steam connection lost"
launch options is -noforcemparms -noforcemaccel -freq 85
delete cs o.O
128 NVidia describes like a dozen of graphics cards that couldnt be more different in terms of power and other stuff.
Why do you need -freq 85? The only thing that comes to my mind is that you could try it with freq 75 or 60 and see if it helps.

16/05/2012 17:31use smallest resolution on the game, fps config, fps models, game booster like leyay said, many things you can try doing but if they help is the question ;p cs is good at fpsdropping even on highend computers
16/05/2012 18:49Make sure your card isn't overheating. My old PC used to fpsdrop like hell and shut off because it was overheating.
same problem, i can run cs on constant 300fps if i feel like, but i get 1 sec fps drops to exactly 60fps every once in a while. started some weeks ago, guess this is not related to hardware or performance btw
go to steam settings > in game > uncheck Enable steam community while ingame ,restart steam go offline mode, problem solved, np.
