Ye, the pipe is easy to fix, as of the other image. I have one time to say: HL1 engine.
in the first picture. it kind of looks like you have more than one brush in the same place. if you used more than one brush to make that wall above the door. there is a chance that could be your problem. func_wall really helps lighting problems.
first picture is only because you got 2 brushes? In the second picture you can use func_wall

No... in the first picture. i got one brush only :S
do u think that with a func_wall, maybe get fixed ?
In my fgd file, i got a entity called "info_lights_rad", but... i dont know how to use it :S
unless its just the side of the texture itself. It shouldnt be "split" or show any type of segment that makes it look like 2 seperate brushes. maybe you fit the texture to the brush. in this case. you need to highlight the surrounding walls and use the exact x and y coordinates when the texture application tool pops up. copy all numbers and apply to that specific brush.
info_lights_rad explanation: this file is edited to give a texture light properties. for instance. if you open the lights.rad file itself. you will notice certain textures names with 0 250 0 <-- or numbers similar to this. this gives the light color. for example. you have sign made with white letters and you want it to be bright and show up as it is lit up. you would edit the lights.rad somewhere on its on line. you would type
my1337sign 255 255 255
^^ this would give the sign the effect of glowing with light. i used white in this example.
