Light issues

Hey guys, got this really weird problem.

Don't know how to explain it but here goes - There's light in the whole map, even underground parts, but there's no light entities there. Checked entity list and deleted everything light related, but the problem still persists.

Even tried copying the entire map into another project but that didn't help. So any ideas what could be causing this ?

Edit: seems to be happening to every project so it's probably an issue with hammer and not the map I was talking about above.
