it is hard to tell anything because the footage is extremly deformed, but those jumps dont seem legit. especially the 2nd double-eb looks like forced low-fps

the nasa eb on that spaceshuttle is insane ofc.

its caused by rendering video at different resolution than input
many moviemakers in 07-09 were doing this mistake, though at some points it can look pretty good combined with dnb music
