Ledging in CS?

I have seen High Bibo long time ago now i want learn to ledge i have tried sv_airaccelerate 100 developer 1 fps_max 200-600
but it didnt worked, does it work only with lower gravity or a mod or i just need skills (i have tried it but didnt fly a 100 units more than a normal jump ?
can someone explain me how i can ledge?

do you get good height and speed before you hit the surface?

thats the point i dont get both of them
its just practice?
or a special move what i must do?
