Hello guys!!!! I am new!:) I cant do long jump!! I see videos about long jump!! But i cant do this!! Plz help me!! How do u jump long jump? Tell me advice!!

If you have seen the movie, try to watch it again and again. LJ is a thing which you need to learn yourself. Just keep practicing and never give up. Good luck!
