The image creator?
14/07/2012 22:44Hi. I've never had myself introduced into a photoshop business and don't know a thing about it. But I basically need a decent programm that requires creating logos of nothing, editing images and all the other utilities. It must not require payments and must be a rather easy to use for a beginner. Share!
- I think i have right thing for you !
Download Photoscape . Also one good programm for editing pictures , is away easier then photoshop . Just watch some videos about that programm .
I hope i help you !
You can try GIMP.
No program requires payments in Russia :D Well...
GIMP for raster graphics, Inkscape for vector graphics.

Gimp is hard to use for a beginner. It has to many features and you will get lost in them.
The common use of Photoscape is to make adjustments to photos, like: lighting, contrast, colors in pictures etc. It is not a image creator imo.
I always use paint.net to make basic/medium image manipulations, but if you want something more complex, Photoshop is the key.
