Fps issue

after quick research i found this :

So maybe try to change your graphic card settings from high quality to high performance ? or reinstall / update your graphic card drivers..It prolly won't make the whole problem disappear but if i were you i would atleast give it a try. You never know.

Nobody, I have the same problem, this started long time ago, and I never tried to fix it, I thought that is because of my graphics card. Here becomes a little weird, even if I open my fav servers list it drops to 60. If I stay online on steam friends while I play my fps is very bad, plus I have severe fps drops (100-30), and it's unplayable.
Now I have a bigger problem, since middle of june I can't play on LAN at all, when I play without recording it moves buttery smooth, but when I record a demo every 2-3 seconds a fps drop occures (100-50), I can't find the source of this problem, I have a pretty basic addons, plugins from XJ and a few for lj, cj, bj, not even the one with wj, sbj, dcj etc.
If anyone can help me I would apreciate. Thanks in advance!


P.s.: I hope you don't mind that I posted in your thread, I think it was useless to open a new one for the same problem.

Well it seems that what PU9maker posted was ok, it works, now I have to solve the LAN problem.
