E107 themes?

I have been looking for a theme for my site for about three weeks now, all i need is a theme that has left and right menu areas and it can't expand horizontally. i was wondering where xtreme-jumps got this one?

Clever people, they are. I guess that is what I will have to do as well.



...I hate websites, so much work.

P.S. do you know how they got it to stop expanding?
