Skating plugin

[blockquote]here's a little plugin i've been screwing around little, its inspired by 2baks skate_labyrinth map (tho that map isn't playable with this). it basicly lets you float around the map (much like with gravity 0 on that skate map) with a exeption: you can go up ramps. its pretty much full of glitches atm but still enjoyable, maybe ill try to fix some of bugs in the future
(you can compile it with amxmodx.org-s webcompiler if you dont have compiler on your pc)
