[Fixed] Internal browser freezes cs

I have a strange problem... Every time the internal cs browser is used, like when i type /top15 or when i try to play on lan, the game freezes and i have to stop it from task manager...

What is the cause of this, and how to fix it?
Could it be from destroy/fuckoff, cause i got a bunch of them, lately, from retard admins...

After digging to find a solution, for about 2 hours... and after trying countless different solution, from uninstalling programs to making changes in regedit, I found the simplest and silliest solution:

Turns out the the only thing I had to do is kill the explorer.exe process from Task Manager, and than start it back...
