Help my friend !

Vortz : i have a problem with my monitor, when i turn my computer on nothing appears on the screen it's obviously black with a yellow/amber light on my monitor's power button as u see, however the main is running normally without any problem, i've changed my RAM twice, i don't think that my graphic card can cause this kind of problem, because i've tested this monitor on my integrated g.card. make sure you cable is correctly installed :D , Maybe its just Dead. ?

Had the same problem 4-5 years back, turned out my GPU was fried.

tell him to start with check if its the screen, cable or the computer that the problem. If it works to run the computer with another screen or if he have an extra computer that he can test the screen with. Or try change the cable aswell.
