11/10/2012 14:45what ftsky said is what im gonna say; and this isn't very funny at all actually, since some screens are running for example 60hz which makes the mousemovements less smooth giving it a more "rough" feel too it, while a 75 och 120hz screen is much smoother than a 60hz one, which could feel like its more "mslish" than with one with less hertz.
I felt sortof the same as what kaben wrote there when i went from my 17inch 75hz screen 4:3 resolution too a 19inch widescreen with 60hz, the difference was brutal so i could barley do 245s for 2 weeks :)

In the first "Failicious" movie - go check it yourself if you want. I don't see how you can get upset over something that has nothing to do with you anyway, especially when you clearly don't even know what it's about.

It's not that 'the monitor does strafes', monitor design can be very different in terms of image refresh rates and patterns. He might have had a different refresh rate on the last monitor than on this one. It's not as influential as having a good mouse or proper mousepad, but changing monitor still has an effect on gameplay for a game as old as CS 1.6

I am not upset, I know you are pretty skilled and I like you really! I like your strafes and jumps but your personallity is just, I don't know, don't get it, sometimes you act like you are the best and people like that to me are just arrogant bitches. Some time ago,i was into 5on5 world,and there were similar paths of flaming the better players from ourselfs.The solution appeared to be the LAN games,where no matter how hard you are bitching,you need to understand that you got beaten by someone,not from something.
