Fps problem

Hey.From 2 days I have got a fps problem.Even in the CS lobby I dont have 100 fps. 100-53-45-88-33-100-23-28-67 in about 1 seconds.It's changing all the time and I cannot play normally.If anyone knows how to fix it please write.Thanks in advance.I am using Win7. Never have problems like this before.

Try default staff like Nvidia settings, scan for viruses, clean up pc, or try to reinstall cs
