I need plugins

Hello XJ, i have looked everywhere for 2 plugins i really need ,can you please help me find them? I think their name are somehing like kzworldrecord / world record and international record eg: /ro /se /bg ,and also the plugin that shows the shortcuts , /sc. Thank you,have a nice evening
