Help!!!

Guys,i've been retired from kz for a few years and now i'm back and i want to install basic kz plugin with cps and stats,but i forgot it.
What do i need to install first, AMXX? And after that uq_plugin? Or how? Because i've been trying to install it for a few days and i haven't succeeded.
Someone please explain it clearly to me.
