HLAE on win 8

Well guys, does anyone know is hlae working on windows 8? I've installed it but when I press "launch>ok" it nothing happens. Help me

It works, but look, in launch options I put "counter strike" and it opens HL

Try Counter-Strike, and cstrike aswell, but yes, i think the problem itself is Windows 8.

The problem is not Windows 8, anything works good on my PC with Windows 8 Pro. There are something wrong with your HLAE/Counter-Strike.
