Monitor lag

Hi!

I have a problem with a LCD Monitor.
I got a new monitor LCD (before had CRT), and It like lags when i play Counter-strike 1.6 especially when i move mouse, with crt i didnt have such thing. Ive googled it and there ppl say that Vertical sync takes it off, but it would force my fps to 60, but i need fps_max 131 on cs, for surfing.

Is there any fix for that?Oh and Monitor is running on 75Hz.

its because normal LCD monitors are running only 60/75hz while CRT screens are running 120hz.
Try using -freq 75 in launch options, gets a smoother feeling
