What are you think is more comfortable for you, whit that and play. It doesn't matter up or down.

bind "MWHEELDOWN" "+duck"
bind "MWHEELUP" "+jump"

well at first i used mwheeldown to bhop but after i realised duck with mwheelup [ dd's] are really hard, then i switched.

I personally jump with mhweelup. Try both, and then decide which one is for you the most comfortable.

Up for jump.
As my opinion its much better

Feels more natural if you jump UP with mwheelup and duck DOWN with mwheeldown? Tho I think most experienced bhoppers have favored mwheeldown for bhop

All preference. I've always used mwheelup for bhopping and mwheeldown for ducking since it seems more natural. Just pick one you feel the most comfortable with and practice.
