Well done all the same developer Valve, first of all scared, but then made the right decision and have removed what they themselves have done. Update again and will be happy! You can either delete the file is responsible for updating and when the Steam update, or roll back to Windows and go to Steam, or through the new installer TRIMS jump start the update and re-COP. 1 way. Delete files with the extension. Blob in your Steam, run ... waiting for the update. If does not work, then move on to the second point
2 way. Go to Control Panel => Backup and Restore => Restore files from the archive => click on the date (13/02/13) and get us assume the version that was before the update, do not run updates and everything works
3 ways. If you are such dolboyascher that the two methods did not help, then do this: remove cs through the control panel, remove the Steam control panel, go to Start: Run and write regedit, there to find delete all associated with Steam (you do this sheep did not do so "clean install" was not clean!!). Swing setup with this site and all over again put
Opa and everything works.

i uninstalled the steam and deleted the steam folder , after i installed again and turn the corrupt files with some from non-steam (the new one had not any addons or lblist) ... it worked for 10 minutes ...i mean old console , models and no lagg / fps , and after 10 mins i got error from steam_app that i can't play if i won't update ... i updated again and is the same shit with lagg and 1000 fps :( ... help???

man we cant help u, every player has this f^ck, only gl_vsync 0 fps_max 99 for first time
We cant change it I think, just wait some changes in v@lve

yes i know , that is ... i was thinking about toff post ... but it seems that it doesn't work ... anyway , i really hope valve shell do a backup and restore the old 1.6 ... they ruined everything ... i mean i can't even bhop on kz maps :(
