[Help] FPS !!!!! Using CS OLD (restored)

MY FPS IS SUCKING UP !!!! KEEPS FLOATING FROM 20 TO 60 !!!! in some parts of the map gets 99, but only in a few parts....
Before update my fps was always 100 -.- (FUCK VALVE !!!)
HELP !

I have 4.0 fps for now. I tried all things gl_vsync 0 and launch options, but it still 4.0. Who knows how to get it 100?

i have a core i7 2nd gen, 32gb RAM, geforce GTX 680 2gb....

Take it easy buddy, after every update many of games are getting slow and there's lots of lag, just wait couple of days and i think everything will be ok.
by the way, You don't even know how update important is, without it people who have younger computers could not play cs...
