Guys I need help,when I try to start cs I get this message ,,The procedure entry point _AIL_stream_sample_handle@4 could not be located in the dynamic link library mss32.dll.'' and after that I got this ,,Could not load hw.ll. Please try again at a later time''
Yesterday everything was ok...

Verify steam cache helped me with some .dll bugs today, but it updated cs so i got fps/sens/video things back, but didn't mess with my sens so im happy

Delete local content and install again cs
I had this error when I move cs to another partition.

Same here. Nothing but trouble with Valve lately. Fucking bullshit.

Just save the important folders such as maps/sprites/models and demos you want to keep, and delete cs to install the updated version of it. Don't download the "old cs package" or whatever, because this will give you the error spamming and probably even more corruptions (because they are outdated files and will give errors).

- If you run into the greenscreen when opening cs, then use the "-nofbo" in launch options.

- Download the newest version of AMX MOD X (if you are planing to have plugins in your lan server)
If amx is not running in your server after you have successfully installed the recent version of it, then download the liblist from XJ official pack and replace it.

- If you have fps issues, try to disable the vertical sync (In-game Options)

- If you have weird mouse bugs, try to enable the "Raw Mouse Rinput" (In-game Options)

And that's pretty much everything. You have a working cs without any errors at startup.

Big thx to Zoran and Mathzz,my cs is finally working :)
Now the only problem I need to solve is how to make details ,,sharp'' again?

What should I do to make it look like old cs?

Have the same thing whit textures, its so anoying. How i read on navi forum, the textures looks good only on 1024x768 or higher resolution, freq or refresh didn't helped me :{ Stuck to non steam now. BullshitValve
