Here you a video which present us gameplay of Watch Dogs, one of the first games made for ps4 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_FnsO9l8vqI

So tell me, what do you think about upcoming console ? My special thought is that ps4 is going to be something huge, personally i was playing all of ps consoles and imo, ps2 is the best console i've ever played. But i think ps4 will be something surprising, but this is just me. Let see what you got.

The demo of deep down and the new graphical engine of Quantic Dream was dope. Looks very realistic. I'm however a bit disspointed in the memory, only 8GB when most high-end gaming PCs have 12-16GB today? And nothing more than GDDR5 for the GPU, which even my old HD6850 has. Hm.

You don't need more than 8Gb, I got 8Gb and I use 4Gb as max on my computer. So there's nothing to be disapointed about.

And consoles, Playstation, Wii, Xbox will always have worse prestanda than a PC will, always.

More memory -> Faster rendering time, I thought?

PC will always be above, of course, but what makes the consoles so attractive is the price of it. A PS4 that runs games this good for ~€550 is very hard to achieve with a PC for the same price.

The demo for deep down has to be the best graphics I've ever seen on a console, even on PC.

Console always had a better graphics than PC, look around, even ps2 had better quality of games than lots of pc games now. That's because PS is only based at games...

No man, PC has always been superior at these next generation 3D games. Crysis looked better on PC, BioShock looked better on PC, Half-Life on PC kicked the ass of the original Xbox version. I think anyone will agree that PC graphics -> Console graphics.

US army use ps3 for improving their supercomputers. Also they use it for improving quality of pictures or videos, and of course ps3 was a very useful for them. Just try to imagine power of ps4, damn.

Not sure if serious or no clue about, for whatever reason they bought those PS's it's clearly not for using them to CSI pictures and videos, a 7 years old hardware won't do something like that. Picture and videos improvements require last generation of hardware, which...guess where you can find it? In a PC.

Buying those PS3 is less expensive than buying a whole PC, the PS3 already have everything build it, a PC to run properly needs the motherboard, RAM memory, processor, fans, power source and a video card. So better buy old crap and put it together instead of buying top notch hardware. Or who knows for what they use them, don't really care.

So, sorry, but a PC is better any other aspects.
