HLAE doesnt work since cs update

Good evening editors of the world,
i got a decent problem with HLAE since the latest cs 1.6 update: after HLAE wasnt workin with the updated version (2013) for me i "downgraded" cs to the last (2009) version but it still doesnt work. when i want to start HLAE it somehoe looks as it would inject the hl.exe (mouse cursor goes to the middle of my screen and the HLAE window is getting bigger but nothing more happens. please can someone help me with that ?
