Smoke-drop fps issues after the update

Hey guys,\r\n\r\nRecently I bought a new pc.. No matter what my parameters are, before the update I had a const 99.9 fps. After that lame update, I used to have 105.x fps and my fps starting dropping to like 30 in smoke.. \r\nNow I stabilized it to 99.5, by force and codes, but my fps still drops in smokes. Could it be a graphic card bug or anything?\r\n\r\nPlease, share your opinions.\r\n\r\nBest regards,\r\nnobody:)
