Fps death error?

Hi, i have a little problem with the fps-death after the new update.
I recorded a test demo and this is the result

For some reasons, it shows 111 fps, even if i'm using fps_max 101 fps_override 0. I suppose this is not legal, but how can i fix it?

Same result... Also, why it shows 111 fps instead of 101/102?

use fps_max 99.5 and disable lj plugins or some kz plugin that block cvar changing.

Oh, my mistake, I disabled lj plugin but didn't notice to disable jumpbug trainer too. Thanks.
