Steam update fps problem

Hi guys, a few hours ago my steam updated some resources...After the resources were updated my FPS totally crashed.The FPS is far lower than before that update.I tried to fix the problem doing these things http://xtreme-jumps.eu/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?332604 but it didnt help...The strangest of all is the problem occrred to my non steam also.So i was wondering if anyone know how to fix that mess :(

goto ur cstrike>addons>amxmodx>plugins copy ur uq_stats file there then goto addons>amxmodx>configs u will find plugins.ini file scroll down till the end and add line "uq_jumpstats.amxx"

to Force you to get 100.0 fps and if ur plugins didn't work you may download this file http://www.sendspace.com/delete/qgkybb/cc1d097626766382beb2b1bf50bcec9d to your cstrike folder.
