A trolley is running out of control down a track. In its path are five people who have been tied to the track by a mad philosopher. Fortunately, you could flip a switch, which will lead the trolley down a different track to safety. Unfortunately there is a single person tied to that track. Should you flip the switch or do nothing?

In theory it's the same footage, although it shouldn't matter at all since thesis says you condemn to death one of tracks, there can't be other options to cheat, else it wouldn't be a morality thesis at all.

Then we have the footbridge dilemma. Once again, the trolley is headed for five people. You are standing next to a large man on a footbridge spanning the tracks. The only way to save the five people is to push this man off the footbridge and into the path of the trolley. Is that morally permissible?

well, the morality is already biased imo. I would feel entirely responsible for the death of the guy if i made the trolley move to the other track. I guess I'd do 'nothing' and feel only partially responsible for the death of the 5 guys.
