if you are recording TJ demos, just use this bind and demo will be "cutted" :D

bind v "stop;say /gc;record sda"

If you need help, listen to me!
1. Open CS
2. Put this command in console:
bind v "stop; say "/tp (or /gc); record demo"
3. If now you don't understand, you will be a dumbass!

1.Open console (`)
2.Type bind KEY "say /gc; stop; record 1"
3.Bind it on the key you use to teleport with.
4.When you land jump/tj/etc. do not go back with checkpoint, type manually stop in console then change the bind from "say /gc; stop; record 1" to "say /gc; stop; record 2"
6.You just realized there is no 5 :O
