Learning tourism

Yo men. I'm currently starting my career in tourism and yesterday I was accepted to a one of the leading companies. However I'll have to go through a very short training because I've never had a direct experience in such a valuable company, so during that short period I have to fulfill the gaps in my knowledge in geography and other aspects.

Surprisingly for me I came to a gaming community but who knows, maybe it won't go in vain. I'm basically looking for some sort of a "game" with facts about tourism all over the world, countries, cities, resorts, to be able to point those on a map, visa/non-visa countries and such. There are actually many more things to have known but it would be too much for a game or quiz or whatever.

This game is quite good but it misses quite a lot of things as well. http://www.travelpod.com/traveler-iq Android applications or pc ones are welcome as well.
Maybe it doesn't necessarily have to be a game. I'm up to any suggestions on how to learn things easier, faster and hopefully with joy.

Thanks.
