I didn't fap for like 9-11 months when I was heavily depressed back to 2012/13, no lies, I just had 0 interest in anyting. And now... 3 months since last time and going.

Funny how the mind and the fleshly desires work because 1hour after my post today I felt like wanking. I resisted it tho. Haha I'm in Australia atm, going to work for a year here. Never had an admirable streak, yet that motivates me to beat my urges. I believe 32-3days was my best as for a streak on which I was counting the days. Probably had some other breaks (maybe even longer) but I wasn't paying attention/counting the days.

Ever since I found out nofap I've been doing a lot better for sure.

last time i fapped was at the end of september 2019. the feeling of accomplishment that you get from nofap truly gives you the confidence and mental clarity that is said to be among the many benefits. the easiest way to accomplish long streaks is to be occupied in other activites, find ways to block yourself from watching porn and to not submit to urges, however you may find that works for you. however, be ready to fail - i had streaks of about 50-60 respectively beforehand and i lost them both, but you mustn't surrender. and who knows, maybe i'll fail this one? seems unlikely, but truly, i feel great about no longer being attached to masturbating to porn, which in essence is actually pretty disgusting if you think about it.
