Forum warning/ban pattern.

1. Level Violation (Flaming, Insulting, Spam...) -> Warning
-> Case1: Warning expired, new Violation = New Warning(3rd time = Next Level)
-> Case 2: New warning whilst being warned = Next Level
2. Level Violation (Harder Flaming, Insulting, Spamming or 3rd Time 1. Level Violation) -> 1 Week ban/1 Month Comment ban
-> Ban expired, New Violation = Back to Level 2 again or to Level 3
3. Level Violation (Extremely inappropriate behavior or 3rd Time 2. Level Violation) -> 2-4 Weeks ban
4. Level Violation (2. Level or 3. Level violations for several times) -> 1 Month Commentban + Warning
5. Level Violation (3. Level or 4. Level violation for several times) -> Permanent Commentban.
I know it might look more complicated than it actually is, once you get the idea it should be pretty easy.
Also chat related violations should end in a comment ban rather than an account ban.
