Im playing with laptop 1366x768 resolution 16:9 aspect ratio. First time i run Cs its all normal, no black borders etc. When i restart Cs i get those black borders. Is it somehow fixable, or i just gotta play with black borders?

try launching cs with -nofbo parameter

-nofbo or -stretchaspect doesn't change anything. Still borders

if you have Nvidia Graphics Card , check that u have the latest driver and then go to Nvidia control panel then go to "Adjust desktop size and position" and change the scaling to Full-screen
this thing helped me before to remove the black bars, hope it does for u :)

should be a setting like the nvidia in the radeon options i believe. Otherwise just run cs in the same resolution as your laptops max resolution.

Just change your monitor resolution to 1360x768 and put "scaling" to "scale full screen" in your graphics card options. launch cs, set normal resolution which u want and live happely ever after :)

lol, realized that I wrote almost the same as the other dude. but still, it helped me and hopefully you too. I'm pretty sure that ati has similiar options as the graphic cards don't work totally different lol
