Tablet PC

Hello friend.
I'm looking for a good tabletpc so I'd be grateful if you could gimme some thoughts/advices about what should I buy. I never used any kind of android/ios devices so I'm not involved much into that kind of stuff.
360$, that's the limit.
I've heard that Nexus 7 (2013) is one of the best tablets atm. I can afford myself to buy it but maybe you got some other, even better options?
