Pretty obvious it's a known sc.. It's 257 units from edge to edge but you probably need another 36 units for your model to land the block, is that how it works? Is it a 290+ jump?

Does it save much? I don't remember that part of the map

Your collision model will stand on the very first unit of the edge. It's a 257 jump. Depending on the way you prestrafe on that it may be a couple units more in reality.

Imo you need 256 (correct block distance) + 16 (half of collision box size) = 272 units, but definitely not 256.

That's bullshit fame and to a more degree, byob. You can't land the block on the very first unit simply because of the wall and there is no ledge to stand on. You have to go through all 36 units after the corner until you can pass the wall and be able to land it, quite logical, dunno how I realized it just now.

I don't even know where the jump starts and where it ends. I was assuming you start from the left and go right. In that case it's minimum 272. If it's the other way around, it's 288. No bullshit.

I don't think it saves anything, quite the contrary actually.. But that's just my opinion. Nice TJ though :)

You need to add a full player collision box size which is 32 units, not 36.
Player's "body" must fully pass that corner in order to land, not half of it and it doesnt matter where you start the jump, distance is exactly the same.
