don't know what to type

eyo, i'm having an issue where whenever i exit cs or when it crashes, the hl.exe process still keeps running in the background and so i can't start cs again, for some reason i can't terminate the process in the task manager either, nothing happens. it can take up to 15 min for it to terminate by itself, and sometimes it won't at all, so i have to restart my pc, this started happening 1-2 weeks back and it's more annoying than the itch after a shave. i'm not aware of any updates, anyone else got this issue?
