fps drops from hell

Ive started getting retarded fps drops on certain maps after i changed gpu to a R9 270X so help is needed!

welcome to hell propane, these fps drops are impossible to fix since valve deleted d3d mode in video settings.

i have an r9-270x aswell and i'm not encountering any fps drops with it.

i guess it is caused by something else?

just open some maps like kz_man_dreaming kz_a2_bhop_corruo risk_sector

looks like ill have to dig deeper into this

The older amd cards suck very much but yours is newer version and cs shouldn't have problems with it just look for some good settings that should do it imo. I am using a very old one amd radeon 4650 hd and it can't be fixed for me but let's hope it can be for you, don't give up because like deathclaw said you will be in hell if you don't fix it :D

danger, dont think that amd rewrote their drivers specially for cs - its NOT problem caused by performance (hardware) its more problem caused by bad drivers for opengl or smth.
