My servers rely on world records to calculate player points, so for the newer records people aren't getting their proper point values. Just wanted to know how the file is updated and how often. Is it generated from a database to a file output automatically once a week or something?

It should be updated after every release, however people say that the text is not updated. I will fix it as soon as I have free time.
