What's wrong with my strafes ?

LJ Distance: 248.427825 Maxspeed: 333.386352 (59.069) Prestrafe: 274.316925 Strafes: 7 Sync: 93
1 1.258 0.000 12.1 100
2 10.828 0.000 14.8 100
3 11.700 1.030 18.9 92
4 11.748 0.666 16.2 90
5 11.659 0.281 16.2 90
6 9.469 0.113 16.2 90
7 2.403 0.000 5.4 100

So, my airtimes are kinda good.. not huge loss and good sync ?

your first strafe only has 1.2 gain.

Well, whats the "normal gain" on first strafe usually ?
My main gain is still enough for 254 atleast.

In my eyes you're pressing w too long + your mouse movement on first strafe is too late/slow.
With these stats you should normally have at least 8-10 gain on first strf.

first strafe 8-15ish
your 3rd strafe is too big with 18airtime
4th to 6th also to big
