@mpasd, maybe becouse this kz plugin is not compatible with your other plugin/s (on server start, i mean when map changes)...:)

mpasd, it means that you have bad connection with some community, which you have added to show list. Or that's community site just died. When you create server, it trys to get wr list from xj, cosy (cosy fails to do it, see original post) and all communities, that you specified in file commrecords.ini. So just check these sites and correct commrecords.ini if needed.
One pissible decision is to update records file manually, but if you problem is connected with xj or cosy, you will still need to stop updating via sourse files.
If you know Russian and have nice ping on kzru servers, you can use our LAN plugin. It gets data from kzru site instead of cosy from the copy of cosy's txt file. So, update works for cosy too and the closer you are to Moscow - the faster is server start. Also that LAN has cvar kz_loadrecords, which can disable all update functions. It is very convenient for those gamers who use proxy and therefore has a big ping.
