fail with demo

okay, so i got my first jumpbug on demo, but because i am an idiot, i repressed gocheck instantly, thinking i didn't make it. i have the record key binded like this: bind mouse4 "say /tp;stop;record longjump" so it overwrites the file instantly. is there any possible way i could recover this file?
