Video Card settings ati radeon hd 4800

Hello everyone, i have a question, what should my settings be?My cs lags as hell.. and i dont know at all what settings to use.My video card is ati radeon hd 4800, pretty old but i think its enough for cs.

what should i mark, or do you need another screen from the menu? thanks!

Also when i play everyday my pc stops 20-30 times, the screen freez i cant use alt f4, alt tab or something like this, and i should wait around 1 minute and it starts to work again but i recieve an error window with something like "your video card accelerator has stopped working" what is this? also before the bug my screen is full ot strange colors and seconds later it bugged.My english is not that good sorry, i hope you can understand :)
