'image injection failed' HLAE

I've this strange error when i launch my hlae, i get this error 'Image injection failed' :

HLAE only works with the latest official Steam version.
NO-Steam versions are not supported.

Also u need:

- Microsoft Windows XP / Vista / 7 or similar
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 or newer
- Genuine Steam version
- OpenGL 1.1 or newer
- a lot of patience

I suggest u to download a nonsteam version and use 2009 hlae. Coz u cant modife those cs to different types of movies so u can permamently remove hud spec tab etc.
