shNz is undoubtly one of the best kreedz players ever. He's also a great person on top of that, always willing to help out. I'm happy to consider him as a friend and i hope it's likewise. Stay legend shNz.

what can i say about shnz. he is an example that if you put a lot of time and efforts in something you will most likely achieve it. im sure he had and will have many good moments with that game. im happy i had the luck of meeting him (not face2face but will get there). he is indeed very intelligent and interesting person and i always have pleasure when we are chatting.

No way there's any other player with such bhop skills. He is my favourite player of all time and i always loved watching his amazing, extremely difficult demos to beat. I have never seen any player with such unique strafes, really smooth style!

Wow... pizza man, I simply cannot believe you have created such a thread, and I don't think there is a combination of words that is good enough to accurately describe the honor I feel right now... Thank you very much for these kind words my friend, and thanks to everybody else for that matter. I would like to say a few words as I think this is the right moment to do so.

First of all, whether or not we care to admit it, the truth is that as members of this community and as representers of our beloved KZ scene in general, we may not be on the same page all the time, but we are all in this together and therefore we are a family. All of us, no exceptions. We are KZ, so let's show some class and dignity, dudes! When you think about it, time is one of the main aspects of this game and it would be fair to say that it is the most consistent thing on Earth, as it always keeps going and going, without ever stopping or turning back. We find ourselves in year 2014 now, can you imagine? Most of us have been around for a very long time, and we all have been through so much together, sharing an immeasurable amount of wonderful moments and feelings. It is absolutely fascinating that we have made it so far and as long as we are here, we should remind ourselves how lucky we are for being part of this spectacular world. I was looking at the forum the other day, that VNS cheating thread, and while abstracting of the discussed matter, I read through the comments and suddenly I catched myself smiling, because this thread was so full of passion, and despite all of its seriousness, it is a sign that wathever this game has given to us, it is still here with us, and THAT makes it important. I look around here and see oldschool people who I thought were done with this community for good, and it makes me happy everytime it happens, as if suddenly some great friend of mine who I have not seen in ages randomly shows up, while actually it might be someone I have never spoken to. Hell, it even feels right to have NAPZ back. For some reason we've never had a dialogue, I suppose it is perfectly normal since we are both bhoppers, and are considered some sort of "enemies" by the rest, always fighthing each other and all, and despite the fact that he was banned several times for not particulary mature behaviour, I cannot deny that this guy is a true fighter, which is admirable. One particular battle I'll never forget is on kz_cg_venice. We beat this map over and over and I remember at one point being impressed by the inexorable persistence of this guy. The bastard just refused to give up on this map, no matter what. I was amazed. To NAPZ: keep taking them records back man, I know you can do it! I must say I am a little disappointed that you've decided to change your nickname though. You showed up by beating T3dBundy's last demo with that nick, I don't understand why would you want to change it.. Anyway, I even had a small chat with sdfadsf like 2 weeks ago, can you imagine? The korean dude who had several records, among wich are sn_noobbean and sn_noobbean_2, which he used to put a hell of a fight for. He is still around, just visting the site from time to time, never going back to recording though... Of course, there are a lot of people who indeed will never come back, and it is perfectly understandable since we realize that after all, this is simply a game and there are much more important things in our lives which we are focusing on and looking forward to, but I believe that after such a long time it is now a matter of respect to stay here till the very end of it all. I mean, just take a look at all these years we've been here and all the people we've met, all the friendships that were created and tell me, is it not worth fighting for all this? Although KZ may be a small part in our lives at this moment, it has played a big role in our hearts and that is something we should always remember and appreciate, because though it might be just a game and there is no actual money in it, the best things in life are for free. I'm sure that the originators of this beauty never expected it to last so long, it is a decade already since it all started, and although we all realize nothing lasts forever and everything in life is transient, I believe we should not abandon this ship. We should stay the course and keep being a part of this adventure and who knows, it might take us to one hell of a place.

I also think that as a recorder one should not be laudable for playing fair, without cheats that is. After all, it amazes me how many people don't seem to get that recording is not about beating other people's demos and being the best among others, but it is about facing yourself. It is about challenging yourself and becoming better than the guy you were yesterday. Your competition is with yourself and no one else. Not only cheating in this game prevents you from growing as a person, but it is also a huge disrespect to generations of great people, who willingly had put a lot of their free time to take this game where it is today. I'm talking about all the recordholders from the glorious past, truly remarkable players, most of whom are no longer among the recordholders, but will always remain the best. We have a great KZ history and we should never forget those dignified knights of our past and I think we should all pay our respect to them as well, because they surely as hell deserve it. To all of you, our forefathers, wherever you are and whatever you are doing, you can be sure that you are being missed and we will always be thankful for all the good you have done for this community. Although you may not give yourself any importance for that, to this day your actions remain significant and I think I can speak on the behalf of every world recorder out there when I say that you are still an inspiration to us all, thank you very much!

Again, thank you very much to all of you, my friends. It's been an honor and a great pleasure sharing this field of joy with you, may you all achieve your dreams and have a happy life, full of everything! And to all my fellow recorders, it's an honor to share the field of battle with you, keep improving yourself and never lose faith in your abilities!
To all of you ladies and gentlemen, just remember that at the end of the day, records always come and go, and the only thing that's truly important is the time we spend with each other, peace!!
