Hello guys,
I'm gonna explain to you, those who care, the situation on cosy regarding my cheated demos. Seems like my steam was and still is invaded with friends asking me why did I cheat ... I'm glad noone call me "a cheater" tho:)

I will start by saying that my behaviour was strictly to prove something. Heard this too many times? You think its bullshit? Well, I don't know about others but I do know about my intentions! Believe it or not
I had several world records on cosy-climbing, starting from 2009 until 2 weeks ago, all being legal. After so many effort I've put into this game, regarding demos, movies, maps and even being in XJ & COSY's staff, I somehow reached a certain amount of "fame", so the question is : why would I do something like this?
Everything started 1 week ago when I tried to beat KenLawrence's klbk_assault run. After 2hours everyday(3 days in a row) of geeking that map and finally beating it, the very same day it was released, KenLawrence raped my demo by 1 second. I'm sure he's a cheater, I even have some-sort-of proof. "Somebody" handled me a bhop hack, stating that its "undetectable", which was based on frames. Even if I don't know much about cheats, I wanted to bust Ken & probably some others in cosy. So I managed to beat klbk_assault with that cheat, even tho I didn't submit it, but instead I submitted 5 other demos. Instead of giving the hack to random/fatjoe, telling him that this is what Ken might be using, I decided to test the hack. If it got past the demochecker, that means that cosy is easy to cheat(which is anyway), so no wonder that there may be some cheaters.
The only person that knew about my "plan"/intentions is NeW!!
Last night, on 7th Aug 2014, random/fatjoe wrote me on steam saying that he found my cheat and asked me why. One thing that surprised me was this (his quote) : I will think to not ban you because you are a well known guy.(end of quote) So wait, what? How does that matter? Random, man, I told you I don't need any special treatment because I'm "famous". I just told you to consider not permanently ban me, because I helped cosy enough with being admin there, doing rotws when nobody wanted to + mapping. Thats different!

I got in touch with some dudes which stated that KenLawrence, juhx, prize and MrJuice may be cheating, some of which are already caught. I'm currently gathering enough proof to dish random & kenlawrence. About others .. I don't anything personal with them but we'll see. Why random too? Well, I'm not the only one that stated "kenlawrence is cheating", more fkedup thing being that someone already presented him ken's cheat proof. Even so, random's response was vague: thats a bug
Another strange thing was that when random told me he caught my demos, he wasn't 100% sure. random's quote: "it seems like you are cheating "using" frames ... or its just a bug".(endquote) So, that means that random doesn't really know how to check demos, right? I will offer more details as this "investigation" moves forward and has more solid proof.
Why is random defending these cheaters? He's new to the scene, yet he's a demochecker? Nikola, do you really trust him that much?
As random stated, he only found 3 cheated demos! Those are kzba_hountain(2) + redhills. These 3 demos were 90% cheated with bhop hack, meaning that I barely used scroll to bhop. Other 2 demos are ~20% cheated, meaning that I used my scroll to bhop mostly, using the hack just for harder combos.
By the way, did you notice that KenLawrence often records offline on steam? May be a decent motive tho.

KenLawrence's cheat is based on 3x +jump at the same frame, which is impossible(?!):

I could have taken these demos easily(legal), but it was just for testing the hack to see if its undetectable. Then forwarding it to Nikola for further investigation on some players.

All of you that saw me play on pubs and so on ... I never cheated, except these 5 demos.

PS2: If you think I wasn't going to reveal my cheat, then why did I write in the end of my demos everytime "sorry but I dont care anymore"? That was a subliminal message, even tho may be missinterpreted.
PS3: When random said that he found a cheat or a bug on my demos, I instantly confessed as cheating on those demos. I had nothing to hide, I didn't do it for fame. So don't call me "just another cheater"!

Firstly, it's happend on CC, who gives a fuck about CC? Honestly, calm down people.

His move might not have been the smartest, yet I think most of you guys forget what he's done good for the Scene.

Just take all of his maps for example. They are by far the best maps on CC simply because he still adds proper enviroment and fun jumps and doesn't dish out a crappy map that's been made within 10 minutes.

Secondly, the bashing on Juice is kinda hilarious, too. I think Juice caught more cheaters behind the curtain than anybody here, except maybe leggie. Not to mention that he's smarter, cooler and friendlier than almost anyone in this Scene ;).

Last but not least, and this one is directed at the beloved Admins here, you guys are just dumb idiots. You keep banning, you're gonna make stricter rules etc, XJ is almost actin like it's a NYSE 100 company that's gotta satisfy share-holders rofl. Ease up! Seriously, this community was made for one purpose only, and that was fun!

I know, I've contributed (a lot) to ruin that fun, but only because it brings/brought me fun to see you people rage hardcore over a fucking video game :D.

So, yea, just imagine there was no cobkz_ maps on CC, pretty much the nicest maps would be gone, imagine more and more ppl. would get banned, XJ dies. This is a fucking internet community, either you guys got no life whatsoever or it's plain boring. It's not the cheaters fault that this is awkward, it's cuz almost everyone here is a fucking social loser.

Post scriptum: I didn't abuse Cobrex as a test-subject for 'probably' undetected cheats, as some people are spreading this kind of rumour. <- happens when people missunderstand me. Just sayin'.

I don't care about all this what's going on in here since I've never had any world record submitted nor am I pro-skilled jumper so it kind goes off my interest but I really support two points:

1) cobrex trying to be internet hero transformed himself into an idiot (no offence but that's the way it is)
2) cobrex really should not get banned in here as long as he doesn't break rules of XJ directly.

Next time think before you act like this. :-)

well i think the guys already said everything...

my opinion is simple... Cobrex keep playing this game for fun, just to relax your mind for some hours, when u get tired of working, studying, doing other stuff in your real life.. neither u and anyone have the obligation to proof anything to anybody when u play a game, not only this.. if u feel like recording some demos in kz, u must know there will always be someone better than you (if you think that he/she is a cheater for you, then let the admins take place on that and try to find the truth), but cheating to be better than someone shows that u really dont care about the game, and the worst thing is that it seems you prefer doing the "easy way" instead of making the most effort as possible to be better than other one.. remember u are playing a game, anything of this is real and would influence in your life, so before you would try to cheat again, remember this case, remember what happened in the past with all the other guys that tried to show us their "potential" in this game just to be as high as possible in a fucking rank?!?!

try to focus yourself in the things u do really well for this community, and stop doing silly things that would ruin your "image" in here and in all the kz scene..

pd: if you are fighting (in a good expresion) a kz demo with a guy u think is a cheater, i can assure u that after u beat him/her in some map, u will feel more confortable than "winning" this fight after that guy get banned.. (just an opinion)

From what i've read,
1) GJ Cobrex for attempting to see if demo admins are doing their job, and that their demo checker is still catching these hacks.

3) Everyone else, shut up and go play the game, its not like there's a million dollar's on the line, or people are getting $100/hr to do these jobs.. ITS A GAME, treat it as such and enjoy the friendship's you make while playing it..
