HLAE Error...

hi everyone.

i need help.

HLAE problem "Failed to initialize authentication interface."

What would be the best thing to do?

1.The address to cs's location must not contain other letters than the Latin alphabet (abcdef ... etc)

2. try to delete AppUpdateStats.blob and ClientRegistry.blob and restart steam.

3.steam must be installed aat C:\program files or c:\program files (x86)

Is that a must? I've never tried another location for my installation of steam. But it seems weird though that it wouldn't work on, for an example E:/games/steam
